Raquel Federowicz is the Founder and Head Event Planner for Here and Now Events. She has worked within the hospitality industry for about 15 years with an intense focus on restaurants and events. She has worked as Front of House Manager, and Event Coordinator for some premiere restaurants including Aquagrill Restaurant in NYC. After graduating from Stony Brook University with a Multidisciplinary Studies degree in Business Management, Sociology, and Theatre Arts, she decided to pursue event planning full-time. In 2015, Raquel was named NAPW (National Association of Professional Women) VIP Woman of the Year in her profession among many other professionals. In 2021, she was a featured speaker at EMRG's annual Event Planner Expo alongside event and business greats like Colin Cowie and Daymond John. Raquel works and resides in Queens, NY with her husband & children, Olivia, Aurora & Ellis.
